Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Account Management:

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks and establish clear timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Gather client requirements and the documentation of functional specifications.
• Conduct evaluations of current eCommerce solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization, and delivering relevant recommendations, roadmaps, and estimated effort.
• Take charge of client status meetings, offering consistent project updates.
• Participate actively in business development and pre-sales initiatives, including gathering high-level solution requirements and contributing to proposal development.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
• Address client concerns and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an E-Commerce environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with WooCommerce projects.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Great attention to details. Conscientious and hard and smart working.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (Experience is more important to us than education.)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce project management.
• Experience in project management, from start to delivery would be advantageous.
